Apex has remained under its original ownership since its inception 25 years ago, and we’ve held ourselves to the same high standards that brought us our initial success:  providing quality products and craftsmanship as well as ongoing customer service at a fair price.  Our methods are simple here.  From your first phone call or visit with Denise or Sandy in our showroom, we treat our customers like members of our Apex family.  Scott or Andy will walk you through the process from estimate to contract, guiding you through decision making and product selections along the way.  Once you’ve signed with Apex, you’re in good hands with Mick, our Project Manager.  He oversees our skilled carpenters throughout the project and is another friendly point of contact for our customers.   From beginning to end, we all work together to provide a seamless remodeling experience for all customers with projects large or small.

Apex employs it’s own carpentry crews, and many of our carpenters have been with us for a decade or more.  We will occasionally subcontract small parts of projects.  We have worked with our subs for years, and we work in tandem with them – we handle the scheduling and oversee them, so our customers deal solely with us.  Our customers never find themselves in a “he said/she said” situation.  We own our own fleet of trucks to haul materials, products like cabinetry and windows, and tools from shop to job site, and we own our own dump truck for timely debris removal. We maintain a showroom so there’s always someone here to address customer questions and concerns.

We work on a schedule.  That means our customers always know when we’re coming, what we’ll be working on each day, and how long their job will take.  You’ll never wonder what’s happening when dealing with us.  We work all 12 months of the year, so it sometimes happens that weather interferes with exterior projects.  No worries!  You’ll be informed and rescheduled immediately.  We give each customer our full attention even long after projects are complete.

Cleanliness is key at Apex, and we’ve built our reputation on it.  We take great strides to protect our customers’ homes.  We remove debris and clean up each  night before leaving job sites to ensure we minimize the small inconveniences that come with any remodeling project.
